Editing Instructions

If you require having the information on the master VHS/DVD edited prior to duplication please fill out the editing sheet included with the Order Form. Please be as specific as possible as to your needs. Site specific time codes, counters or chapters for the edits and what kind of edits you require. Remember: The more specific your instructions are the happier you'll be with your end product.

Packing/Shipping Your Materials

Please take the utmost care when packing and shipping. Please do not select a low-end shipping option.

Follow these recommendations to pack and ship your materials:

1. Pack the VHS tapes and/or DVDs in a rigid cardboard box.
   
   
2. Use bubble wrap or packing peanuts to protect your materials.
   
   
3. Use a shipping service that provides package tracing (FedEx, UPS or Express Mail).
   
   
4. To avoid our shipping & handling charges, if you have an account with a shipper include your account number, shipping option and/or label.
